Stabbing on Avenue Road

My friend just tried to get to Acton Town tube station but from Avenue Crescent to Gunnersbury Lane the police have cordoned off the area and said that there was a stabbing. I am shocked at this as it appears to have happened in the middle of the day.Does anyone have more information?

That's quite shocking, I walk this way every day to Acton Town Tube station.

It happened before 11am: I came out of Avenue Gardens to walk to the gym and the cordon was in place then for 'an incident in Heathfield Road'. Gone when I returned about 1230.

Nothing on the local news; a tree surgeon working in the street told my brother that someone had been stabbed. There were lots of police outside one of the houses in Heathfield Road (known for its troublesome inhabitants) and they were holding two young men (don't know if they were arrested or not).
