Ealing Council is apparently giving free bicycle check ups on the 2nd saturday of every month at the market. In the mornings I think - they are there now.

that's very good to know - I am rubbish at maintenance or even blowing up the tyres...Will they do that too?

It's the standard session from my information; tyres pumped and minor issues corrected. Perhaps not a very sustainable project. When we ran these ourselves we soon learned that people really need to be shown how to do the work themselves rather than rely on the council to fund this.
