I got home tonight to find an email from Lilian Frank in response to a posting on actonw3.com. Anyone else get a message?'' A Google search for "contact me back throug my email" (note the missspelling of through) picks up hundreds of similar messages, suggesting an automated attempt at phishing.The real question is how he/she/it got David's e-mail addresss from actonW3. Is it posted anywhere on the site?

Is it posted anywhere on the site?"She would have clicked on his name on one of his forum posts to generate a mail which the site forwards to his registered email address.  She doesn't know the address herself.  It used to be obvious that such a message had come via the forum, but these days that can only be discovered by inspecting the headers.Lilian gets around quite a bit ...http://asdasd.ru/read?msgid=9972828

I've just received this too, but to the email address of a charity I work for which is listed on this website, so I guess that's where they're getting addresses from (assuming David's restaurant is also featured).

Just straight spam then and not worth considering - better than phishing letters pretending to be from the bank - which are actually quite deceptive.

flower names - poppy, daisy, rose, seem to have made a comeback but Ethel like Lilian (and I fear Doris) seem doomed to be seen as Victorian.Do you think Benedict will see a resurgence this month?I think Rowan is (to coin a phrase) past praying for!
