This must have been granted ages ago - the work has been seriously underway for months. Unless this is just a minor tweak to the earlier one.

Original PP had conditions, this is a record that certain conditions have been met and approved. Not really of interest but Dee reports all. I have pointed this out to her in the past......

At least the workmen seem to be getting on with it - must be better to have some flats and something income-generating under it rather than an abandoned building prone to colonising by drug users and dealers.

Have you seen the extent of the building out the back - easily room for five smallish flats
