Interesting.....Planners had recommended approval so it will probably go to appeal, and be granted.....

Not unless those who objected continue to their local Councillors and kick up a fuss.

At appeal, only planning law counts. Councillors of all persuasions will refuse planning for local politics in full knowledge that on appeal it will succeed, esp when recommended by officers. I await the minutes with interest!

Minutes should be with the agenda for the next meeting when published on the ealing site a week or so before the next meeting. See http://www.ealing.gov.uk/services/council/committees/agendas_minutes_reports/regulatory_committees/planning_committee/25may2010-23may2011.htmland find the Oct/Nov meeting.Sometimes minutes are delayed, I suspect while council solicitors check on the wording!
