Somewhere to live or somewhere to run her business?Mr Taank had a room to let at the back of his shop for business use unless it has already been taken.£675 a month plus rates etc i believe.There was a thread about it if you do a search.......

About to be a landlady's office isn't it?Couldn't there be a screen between tailoring and woodworking to keep out sawdust while halving rent?

I barely have room to work there, as it is a quarter the size of my previous workshops! I was open to another arts/crafts person using the space on different days, but believe me, a screen would not keep sanding dust away even if there was room, and there isn't. Silvercloud is to be an estate agent.
