Garden stones

Does anyone have an idea if there's somewhere local where I could get just a a few garden rocks? I'm  thinking of having a wildflower "reserve" in the garden and wanted to border it with some smallish rocks--sort of 6"-12" or thereabouts.The local DiY places  seem to have either paving slabs or gravel and  web search only returns companies that want to landscape the entire garden. All I want is a car bootful of small rocks.

Roy. There are a selection of large garden centres at Sunningdale/Bagshot that sell these...I got mine in Hilliers (i think).Bit of a drive but a nice one. Just past Virginia Waters/Wentworth golf course.

I'm pretty sure I've seen larger rocks at the Wyevale garden centre near Osterley Park: out on the A4 to Gilette Corner, turn right, past the big Tesco and it's a little way past that on the right.
