DIY / Capenter Required

I need a carpenter / handy man to fix or replace part of two windows in my flat. The small sections that open have rotted and won't close so need replacing. Its seems a simple job for someone with the tools, know how. However is on the 3rd floor so dont know if this complicates it.Any names or numbers would be appreciated.

I used Miroslaw Reszetko, a Polish carpenter, to renovate 3 Victorian sash windows and he did a very good job at a very reasonable price. He also rebuilt a sash window for the flat owner downstairs who was very happy with the work. He is available from Tuesday next week if you are interested.
