Thank you everyone for your help, I shall certainly be trying them out where I can.I have been mooching round pubs in the evenings on my todd and since The Rocket is at the bottom of my road I have been there quite a few times, I find it a little too busy for people to come talk to me though, I am a smoker though so often it's when people come outside for a smoke that they chat to me.I went into the Station House last night which was really nice, I like that you can sit at the bar and the bar staff chat to you, it was a really nice little place with a nice outside area to accommodate my dirty habit! It helps that they have Thatchers cider in there too, a good old Somerset cider to remind me of home!I think I will start going swimming a little bit more too, it is my favourite type of exercise, I popped into the pool the other day and it was quite a nice little swim (although not the cheapest in the world)Coffee shops may be a good plan for me actually, it would probably be better to go for a coffee than a pint when I am bored most of the time (although it doesn't have quite the same affect!)Hopefully the job hunting will sort itself out sharpish, I just don't seem to have quite the experience that people want, I tend to get over looked for assistant manager positions etc in favour of people who are older and therefore have more years experience managing people. I find it quite unfair though because I am only 20 and have been bar manager of 2 pubs and supervisor in a Whittards and I reckon that is quite good for my age!OK, I seem to have rambled on longer than I thought I would so I am going to shut up now!Cheers everyone!xxx
