Wednesday  24th Nov 7.30 Churchfield Community Assoc. AGM

Churchfield Community Association annual open meeting and AGM are on next Wednesday at 7.30 in St Mary's Church Hall. The speakers for the open meeting are our MP Angie Bray, Jonathan Kirby from the Town Hall Development Project and our new community sergeant Mark Pullen.  A good opportunity to raise local issues you feel strongly about.As usual there is a free buffet.

Yes the Thai food is from the new place in Market Parade and the Lebanese food is from the Oriental, so a  cheap way to check out offerings two local eateries.

ExcellentOne never knows with these things if anyone is coming - and would be personally traumatic if we had the MP...the sergeant...the project leader - all pretty fab...but hardly anyone there.

I was very chuffed we had three such interesting speakers and thought the turn out not bad for such a freezing night.Those concerned about the Horn Lane pollution affair will be glad to know that our MP seems to be thoroughly on board and running with this one.
