I think you have to have a membership card with a V.A.T registered business to shop in Loon Fung. At least i did when i went to shop there, but i am going back a few years.They may have changed the rules though.

You don't seem to need the membership card any more. They haven't asked us for it in about 9 months.
Yes you can get various frozen dim sum from Tung Hing, if that's the one you're talking about.

There is a big oriental supermarket on the north circular on the way to Neasden.Can't remember the name.Thai Smile on King St. Hammersmith is quite good but not sure if it does dim sum.It does a fair bit of stuff that is not specifically Thai though.
