How wonderful to find a P.G. Wodehouse character so close to Acton W3. I wasn't even aware there was a bishop of Willesden.

I've met him - he was on the train from Acton Central and it was so odd to see a bishop (yes he was wearing the purple patch at teh front) that I bounced up to him.Seemed fine. though maybe it was the last one if this one is new(oops)

Bishop Pete confirmed all my kids (he has a full house)he is a fantastic highly charismatic individual who does a huge amount of good in the area.He has his views (and his differences with Anglican Church authorities) and while I may -or may not- agree with what he said, I feel he has every right to say it.... and don't believe how it was reported, I'm sure that has more to do with the fourth estate than the second.
