Acton Hill Hotel Xmas Lights

I really liked the Xmas tree that appeared in the main window of the Acton Hill Hotel yesterday so was really happily surprised to see that the owner has gone one better today. In the front of the hotel he has erected 3 big xmas trees with lots of twinkling lights. Nice to see local businesses spending some cash at this time of the year to make Acton look nicer.

Agreed, it's lovely seeing local businesses making the effort.  The coconuts are still there too - amazing!!!

Yes..but I think he's turned off the sounds of the rainforest which he plays through concealed speakers(always a hoot seeing people stop and stare at the palm trees, coconuts and listen to exotic bird calls!!)

Now if only Morrisons would do somethng special like putting a Christmas Tree outside!The Mount looks so very dark and dreary since the (dead) tree was removed - the one which was decorated in previous years.
