I have had an incredibly poor experience with them. I replied to this thread stating as much, but it seems that my reply was removed.Could this possibly be becuase they advertise on this website?

My neighbour has just had a new bathroom installed by My Plumber, based in Chiswick, and seems quite happy with them.

Look on the Acton Directory from this site. Look at "Home Improvement" and then "Plumbing & Heating".There are a significant number of comments there about the company that should enable you to make up your mind.
