Neighbourhood website..?

Can someone remind me of the address for the site used to list things neighbours are willing to lend/give away.  Possibly describing it badly but can't remember much about it other than the above and a forum search reveals nothing useful. Not freeserve, this was a local one I think.Many thanks

streetbank easier to use - freecycle is so huge - on the other hand its big enough to be effective.
