Washing machine installation - Help required!

just taken delivery of a new washer/dryer but the installation guys couldnt fit it because it looks like the kitchen has been built around the machine.  I now have to get a kitchen fitter to take off the worktops and cupboards to access the pipework/electrics!Anyone got any recommendations for good handymen/kitchen fitters who could install it?Many thanksLisa

Had you paid for installation?, most kitchen are fitted around the appliance, they just have to pull the machine out and the switches should be in one of the cupboards, generally under the sink. I find his comments to be strange. Did you buy from someone reputable like Currys?

yep paid for installation but they couldn't even access the plug let alone the pipes, it's all contained behind a cupboard which there is no access to so they said the worktop would have to come off!  Bought from Sainsbury.

Nope they couldn't access the plug to remove it, but on closer look I have found the plug which is easy to access, still can't see the pipework though!  Maybe once unplugged all will be revealed!
