Parking on 27 December

Does anyone know whether you can park without a permit tomorrow? The Ealing website says only that there will be "reduced enforcement" whatever that means. I'm borrowing a car, so do I need a visitors permit?

From the CPZ FAQ on Ealing's site:Do CPZs apply on bank holidays?No. On UK bank holidays you may park freely within a parking bay in any Ealing CPZ without displaying a visitor voucher or parking permit."Reduced enforcement" presumably means that they enforce yellow lines but ignore the parking bays.
