Try these: http://www.floor-sanding.com. Based in Park Royal.I used them last year to sand and polish a parquet floor that had been under carpet and vinyl for decades - looks good. It's not cheap (c£400), or you could hire the sanders and do it yourself; I didn't fancy this as parquet is fiddly. Their website is very good in helping decide what you want.
