seeking tradesmen/engineers for fridge freezer

Hi,I am enquiring if you have any tradesmen recommendations for fridge freezer repairs.Hotpoint engineers have let me down, as they overbooked appts. Meanwhile items are defrosting!Thanks in advance.

Had same problem. Defrosted freezer and removed vast quatities of ice from it then restarted freezer about 6 hours later No further problems found.

Hi,Thanks for suggestion.  I think it's more serious ie. motor gone or something. Can't hear the usual noises etc..
