Cake maker recommendation

Hello everyoneWe've just moved to the area and are celebrating my husband's 30th birthday next week. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a local cake baker? We used to live in East Dulwich before here and were spoilt for choice when it came to cakes etc. Wonderful ladies who charged reasonable price and used fresh ingredients.Hoping to find someone in Acton as well.All recommendations are welcome.Thanks

There's a good cake shop on Ealing Broadway (sorry, don't remember the name!) on the left as you head west, just beyond M&S. They did a good cake for my brother's 70th birthday last year, not too large.

Second recommendation for The Baker on the New Broadway Ealing 02085660505. Beautifully fresh cakes baked on the premises. I recommend the Fresh cream and strawberry one, we had it for my dads 70th.

Try Foresters on the Uxbridge Rd - opposite the Bush Hall. I am always asked to get the family cakes from there.
