agressive beggars
Are there more homeless around our area? I had an encounter a few nights ago when I refused to give an beggar any change (blood from a stone really) but he then was surly and aggressive others I asked reported the same. I also had a report from a neighbour that a man was lurking in her garden the police tracked him down and he claimed to be homeless looking for somewhere to kip.
