We had beautiful blossom trees lining Friary Road before the Friary Park Estate was built - now we have a brick wall encircling the estate.

lovely daffs in the churchyard and the magnolia about to bloom - and my hyacinths courtesy of Morrisons £1.99 last year - are all out but all purple - I'm sure they weren't when I got them....fear it is down to organic chemistry or some such which I am too dim to understand.
