Not that I know of. I did get a letter from Blockbuster saying the nearest Blockbuster store is Chiswick High Road, otherwise they do an online service where disks are delivered to your door.

Lovefilm actually respond to emails to their customer services, usually within a couple of hours. It's like a miracle.
