egg and/or stone throwing in perryn road.....

just saw four guys throwing something at houses between perryn road and east churchfield road, and then running over the footbridge at shaa road.

My friend lives on Shakespear Road across the footbridge. 3 weeks ago exactly same time, same day, she had a scaffolding bolt thrown through her bedroom window just missing her head. She called the police and she was told there was nothing they could do. The previous week she had heard stones at the window.

.......another reason to have this footbridge closed?  That together with the drug dealing makes it a most unsavoury place.

They happened to run over the bridge - if they had run along Shaa Road or up Perryn Road, would you want those closed too?

.......this is not the first time that this bridge has been used as a 'missile' launch.  It was trains the last time as I remember.  This time people.Perhaps next time a large item thrown on the railway track causing a serious accident ....

or maybe not.Could be a large item thrown from the bridge over the A40Or not.Anyhow if you read the posts carefully, the allegation is not that anything was thrown from the bridge but that the bridge was how the perpetrators ran away. Not the same thing.
