Because I can't be bothered to celebrate the wedding of the chap who's second in line to the throne by sitting outside in the cold (it will be April),  and shall be doing everything I can to enjoy the day off some other way.

Apparently there's one happening in Mansell Road? ;) There are suspension notices up according to my work colleague. We'll be in Sussex getting away from it all!! ;)

Go on lucy - you know you want to - and apparently the bureaucracy for getting one organised - with all the permits and all - is much reduced..So go for it...maybe we will all attend...

I wonder if the Poets Corner garden people might be doing something - it sort of ties in with their traditional English community ethic. they have a facebook page so I will look there.Too close to Passover for me to be available for planning!

Hi Sara, when do you celebrate the Passover? I believe it should be on Nisan 14 when there's a full moon, is this so? 'Cause we celebrate the Memorial of Christ's death on Sunday 24th after sundown.Also do you actually have lamb and bitter greens.

evening of 18th and 19th aprilwe have lamb shank on the seder plate but actually eat salt beef and chicken yes to bitter herbs - raw horseradish... also parsley or chicory or some such as herbs to dio in salt water - symbolising the tears of slavery,I'd ask you over but a)I already have 23 and b) already have a christian lay preacher
