Head of the River
Last week everyone was asking about the Boat Race. Please note that Saturday 4pm the Head of the River with 400 eights starts at Chiswick, finishing at Putney. A great free spectacle. Best views at Hammersmith and you are allowed to watch from Hammersmith Bridge. I'm starting at the back. Coxing boat 319 Twickenham novices. But first and second boats down will be Olympic rowers. Far better than the Boat Race. The local rowing clubs and peoples event!
