Another one bites the dust???

What has happened the new restaurant 'Cinnamon' something who just opened recently in Acton High Street? (Across the road from Barclay's Bank).They took over the 'So Asia' restaurant which opened, closed, then opened again briefly before finally closing it's doors.The new businness was only open for a few weeks now it looks as if it has closed down!

I noticed that as I walked past around five pm - and then thought I must be bonkers- it Couldn't close so soon and must be just too early. But maybe you are right

Anyone notice that it appears there will be a Mexican where Lazeez used to be on the High St almost opposite the police station.

Don't get too excited Sara; it seems to be specialising in Peri Peri chicken.  Not sure how Mexican it will be.

My heart also leapt with joy when I saw the Mexican logo. But, yes, on closer inspection it looks like it's going to be a "Nando's" (see what they did with the name, there?) copycat.  Pity.

Yes it is.  For a good Mexican meal, Wahaca's in Westfield is wonderful and inexpensive too.

Nando's is pretty basic and not really Portuguese (well, having just returned from Madeira, there was NO overlap with what's on offer there)Mexican in walking distance sounded rather compelling. shame.
