Erratically - not at all this Wednesday though it was lovely weather.Theoretically 11 - 4 ish Monday - Saturday and Sundays if the weather is glorious.There used to be public loos in the same block but they were closed after a sexual assault of some sort - more than twenty years ago I think.

The cafe wasn't open today at 11.30!!a waste of a business. i wish i had the money to buy it and run it it would be a goldmine in the summer or winter!!as for the toilets being closed from an incident 20 years ago  that is just crazy. more like the council don't want  to stump up money to keep them clean etc!

I think at the time it was more a matter of having someone there all the time to supervise...now of course you may be right - I notice the ones in the park south of the Uxbridge Road - Springfield Gardens??? - used to have them but I can't recall a time when they were open.Today was Good Friday...it used to be that NO businesses were open that day...it's I suppose not surprising that a one-woman-band might be closed.Lavelli's, the station house and the rocket were all open with loos for the price of a coffee!

There are plenty of suitable bushes in the southern part.
