Marks do them sometimes - but I have only actually seen them around xmas.I had some at a friend's house last week - home made and delicious. I don't think they are very hard to make.

I spotted some yesterday at Tesco on Acton Vale in the cold food section.

Funnily enough I saw them at Morrisons in the smoked fish section. They call them blinis for salmon. I thought at the time that they were in entirely the wrong section.
