andy at sash window wizard is fabworks wholly on word of mouth - I found him on CW4 but he has now done much of our road.Does what he says he will do, when and for how much he said.But replacing sash windows not a cheap thing to do - he was mid range and worth every penny I still get a frisson of pleasure everytime I approach the house as they look so good.Probab;y increase the resale value too,
