Experienced DIYer / Painter / Decorator required for a flat refurbishment in Southfield Rd W4 5LA.

Must be experienced, reliable and a quick worker. Job is for 14 days starting June 18th and payable at a rate of £70 per day.You need to be able to complete the below at the minimum and need your own tools/transport:- Prepare walls and paint- Prepare woodwork and paint- regrout bathroom tiles, freshen bathroom- replace doors (only) on the kitchen units- repair floor tiles in kitchen- finish off with a good general clean- pack away all wastew4flat@yahoo.com   for further details

For £70 a day?  You're joking!  That's skilled work so needs skilled rates paid.

I have a Polish handyman who does very good work at very competitive prices, either daywork or a price for the job. If interested call him on 07902702745. His nameis Mario. You can tell him Patrick recommended him. But you will need to up the price a bit. He is very good and I have used him to renovate a bathroom recently.
