Car Boot Sales

Hello Just wondering if anyone knows of any car boot sales around? I'm having a de clutter and looking for somewhere to sell things. If anyone has any suggestions I'd really appreciate it. Thank you

Hi there - we had a very succesful community yard sale on Goldsmith Avenue a few weeks ago. We're planning another in the area on July 2nd. Don't know if you  have a front garden, but if you do it's a great way to get rid of stuff.www.londonyardsale.co.ukOtherwise there are car boot sales at Southfield School and Chiswick COmmunity School if you want to go down that route.

And I think other schools in Acton do them, too ?Twyford C of E but perhaps others are more knowledgeable.

Chiswick Community School does a car boot sale every first Sunday of the month, except for January. It is run by parent volunteers and all money made goes directly back in to the school. If the forecast is for bad weather turn up really early as the fields cannot be used.

Isn't it a bit of a nightmare - punters having to turn up at 0400 to be sure of a pitch and the like?

Some people start queuing the night before ! If it has been dry weather the whole field can be used and there is no need for that.

The Questors Theatre in Ealing run a carboot sale now and I also think St saviours school in Ealing do one too. Not heard of any in Acton but probably worth calling around the primary school. I live very close to Twyford and have never seen one take place there.
