CPZ zone MM

How can an area be designated for CPZ and only part of it be implimented.  I understand that cllr Danial Crawford (Acton Central) did not want CPZ on his side of the road as it was ugly and he does not drive, what a poor excuse.  The three cllrs got their knickers in a right twist each blaming the other.  As the matter has not been resolved they have promised another meeting, (do they dare.)  Daniel failed to declare his interests both personal and/or predidicial, something he wont get away with next time.  Danial Crawford should be removed fron local government as soon as possible.  Bring on the next meeting and be destroyed Daniel, I have plenty of dirt.

How ridiculous if this is true - the problem of commuters parking all day will merely be moved across Horn Lane to streets not under the CPZ scheme!This scheme was originally meant to cover both sides of Horn Lane if I remember correctly the discussion at a Ward Forum some time ago.
