Planning committee site visit was from 10:45 to 11.Alex Watson(?) showed the plans and there was some discussion with the committee memebers. There was nobody there from school campaigners (and I think no-one from the school apart from chap who unlocked the gates and he didn't listen in).I don't know if there are planning objections raised by those much more involved (as opposed to the principle of bringing in this bulge class) so I didn't have questions to ask on their behalf (I happened to spot that there were there and went to listen in).I did ask if there were any planning objections and they said that there were not any.I asked about the effect on increasing playground density and if the building was able to sustain the 30 extra children going through the school and they said that while important it is not a direct concern of the planning committee (I presume it is education rather than planning).I'm going to take a look at council site to see if I can find more ... but where was the school action group?(had to type quickly on phone and spellchecker messed up the subject ... if anyone can fix it in the original it would be useful!)

Correction - I don't think it could have been Alex Watson (I guess I heard that name at recent ward meeting) - but pretty sure that the woman with the plans (from the council) was called Alex.
