i was just wondering if anyone knew of great sushi to take away in Acton? I currently go to the Japanese supermarket up towards Ealing common station, near carpet right. It's delicious but wondered if there was anywhere else or anywhere closer to Morrisons end of Acton? There are postings about sushi on here but from 2009. Thanks

There is a 'fairly' new one opposite West Acton station. Has rave reviews so i hear.Take away, eat-in or outside, party platters made to order and general Japanese groceries to buy.Usual disclaimer: Not connected in any way

I second Yo Yo Kitchen. Everything I have eaten from there has been fresh and delicious. They have quite a wide range - and dishes you can take home and heat up. Plus they are delightful people. http://www.yoyokitchen.co.uk/

I read great stuff about the owner, fish buyer for London's top sushi restaurants, something about setting up Nobu in Japan, who know's where the truth stops and starts but all sounds promising.

Yep - Yo Yo kitchen (opposite West Acton tube station) is great. Even my two year old son loves the sushi there!

Partly why I need to find somewhere closer to home, my 2 year old loves sushi, all of it, raw fish and all. Will definately try Yo Yo's, although bit of a trek but sure it will be worth it, sounds SO good. Thanks everyone.
