Filming in Bollo Lane

Any idea what was being filmed this morning in Bollo Lane?  There were lots of trailers/pantechnicons/catering vans parked along it, not quite as far down as Poores.  Obviously I could have asked a crew member, but I was doing the London thing of Not Losing Face By Displaying Interest In Something Unusual.  Far prefer to do the virtual curtain-twitching on this forum!

And also in Acton Park where there is a whole funfair and again loads of vans and parking spaces etc...would have asked as I cycled past a day or two ago - but no-one seemed to be around much.Wonder if they are related

bollo bridge rd / brouncker rd, newton ave  we  got  told  a week  ago  no  parking the  are doing  the  advert  as  i  said .    bbc  are doing  something in  chiswick  auction  house

One of those BBC antiques thingies - "Cash in the Attic" possibly? - is sometimes filmed at the Chiswick auction house, but I wouldn't have thought that that would necessitate that many support vehicles/catering etc.

An episode of 'Lewis' is being filmed around Warple Way.  Maybe it's connected to that?

They were filming on Emlyn Road for the last two days in somebody's house.

I thought the carnival proper used the upper grounds of the park so thought the "funfair" must be a prop for today's filming.Am obviously wrong.Still, we have prepared a Mega tombola so do come to the CCA Stall and play: amazing prizes and a separate (though not huge) kiddies tombola too....with no campari or mozart liqueur as prizes!

Last night and today filming on Bromyard Avenue in one of the houses, caused a bit of chaos this evening with all the cars trying to squeeze up and down, thankfully no-one seemed to lose their cool!

The 'Lewis' film crew parked up in Bromyard Avenue ...absolute chaos. Cars driving, some at speed along the pavement to avoid the jams.  No advance notice from the council.

The trailers in Acton Park, from what I can make out, are for a film called "Now is Good" that's currently shootinghttp://www.imdb.com/title/tt1937264/The synopsis sounds appalling (Imagine the pitch: "It's "The Bucket List" meets "Porkies"...for chicks!") but it's got a great cast, including the excellent Olivia Williams.
