Black furry catapillars

Can anyone give me some advice on how to get rid of these black furry catapillars from my garden, as I have animals and children in my garden it cannot be harmful all advice welcome as I have never had them before  thankyou

They have eating my roses all my climbers honeysuckle etc. decieded to go made on the garden and cut everything back to nothing hopefully this will solve it, I do have someone coming later to look at them he did say he dosent think they are posionous will post update later and thankyou
