Uneven pavements in Churchfield Road

My mum went flying last week post her gel nails session at Pro-Hands - so somewhere between there and Goldsmith Road.She tripped on uneven pavement and did herself considerable superficial damage to the elbow and knees.Thanks to the kind person who picked her up and offered to call an ambulance... not necessary thank goodness.But surely uneven pavements and their resultant accidents are fair and square a council responsiblilty. I am not sure what do next to get the pavements sorted.

Take a photograph of the offending pavement and email it to customers@ealing.gov.uk.

That means getting her back here to identify the offending pavement - I was away at the time.But you are right, maybe I should.

Just pop down to where you think it happened and check the paving stones. It shouldnt take too long to find it. And worth it if it saves someone else from taking a tumble.
