Yes,  I turned up today having no idea the times are different for this week only.  The chap working there said there were signs up and it was clearly marked.  I wandered down to the platform and as I had time to kill went back up to the ticket area looking for these signs that clearly display the change in times....I looked... looked some more...no screen working....no notice board up saying change of times clearky visible as you go down to the platform.........aaaaaahhh the board showing the route of the train takes had an A4 piece of paper stuck to it with reasonably small type saying change in train times this week.  Now what regular customer to the station is going to be looking at the train route?  I mean I know the train goes to Ealing Broadway one way and Paddington the other way,  so why in God's name would I look at that.  I pointed that out to the chap working there,  perhaps I suggested it might be useful to display the change of times where it might be seen?  Judging by the amount of people waiting I was not alone in being unaware of the engineering works this week?  He got quite agitated and said it was clearly displayed and others knew it has changed and is displayed at other stations as well....as I got to Ealing Broadway I looked for information to say change in times but could find none......surely info such as this SHOULD be clearly displayed we should not have to look for it.Ahh rant over,  I feel so much better!!  Now what time do I have to leave home tomorrow to utilise our "rural timetable" in suburbia???
