was it extremely hot and humid last night or is it hot flushes?hope not the same tonight as I couldn't sleep at all

Hot flushes I'm afraid come with age, about the age of 40.I must agree it was rather close last night.

I think the age of 40 is a generalisation as it can come at any age.  If you're unlucky then it may happen before the age of 40 and, if you're luckier, way after then too.  I've yet to have one and I'm no spring chicken!It was hot last night, wasn't it.

Yes, when you have to shower off two or three times a night and, change the bedding each time.
