neigbours building ext
hi all got back from hospital to terrible noise next door went to see i have a flat roof ext ie lounge kitchen they only have knocked off 30%of my bricks to just to leave the bare brick they said that they would plaster my wall then put up shed but their are a lot of roof tiles just been delivered would they have to ask the council they did not give much more to go on i am worried to damp getting into my ext plus its a flat roof might damage it worried
