Some suggestions .... bearing in mind the unlawfaul activity currently taking place

Keep an eye out for your neighbours.Remove from your frontage anything that could be used as a 'missile' or set on fire.Remove from your car anything of any value.Close your curtains/blinds after dark.Ensure all security lighting is in good order and working. Keep your pets in doors after dark.all good housekeeping of course........

But but but, tomorrow is recycling day in Acton.Surely you are not suggesting those bottles and cans shouldn't be put out for the nice men from ETC? ;)As for keeping an eye on my neighbours, I really don't like spying on them.Anyway, my experience is the Police are only interested in watching the (CC) TV so its a nice change for them to get out and meet people.:)

Resources permitting, you would have thought that the Council would have put out extra recycling crews to clear the 'potential missiles' today.Other Boroughs have had a scout around and removed any such items in possible flash point spots.
