Rioting under 16s Offender's Referral Orders

Just another name for probation.Offenders are referred to a panel which are made up of at least two volunteers and, a member of the Youth Offending team.  The offender is expected to agree a "contract"  If the person is under 16, the parents or carer are required to attend.  If the offender fails to agree a contract or fails to abide by it during the term of the order, the case is referred back to the courts for re-sentencing.Surely with these yob's it won't be long before they are back in court and given another soft option.  We saw it on T.V. ha ha got away with it.  Now let's see if and when they break the order, will justice be served?  Get tough on crime, bring back Approved Schools, Borstals and, Detention Centre's.

I think the stockade should be brought back into use.  No physical punishment, just community ridicule and rotten vegetables thrown.

How about the "bastinado", applied by those who suffered by these degenerate miscreant's?  At least they won't be able to walk for sometime.  I know it's physical but very apt.

Like you I thought until recently the putting of miscreants into stocks were just where people got rotten food thrown at them as per TV and the movies. It now seems their use was at certain times much more barbaric and physical punishment with people being attacked and having eyes gouged and limbs broken given they could not easily defend themselves.

I've said this before myself.i think the Mount outside Morrisons would be an excellent location. I also think the micreants should have to wear something completly naff ( to them) like high waisted trousers, or a big  girls blouse.They won't look so "hard" then.
