Good grief people......enough already. Why don't you all arrange to meet on the Mount and sell tickets to the encounter?....should be fun!!Clearly Mr Ali does not wish for any custom from people on Acton W3, which I guess is his decision. There are now three threads at the top of the page - and I have to say, in his position I would want them buried as quickly as possible. This discussion even shows up on Google now (search on Beauty Base Acton Shah Ali).So....Mr Ali has well and truly trashed his own business through his own actions.Mr Ali - if I may give you some advice....take a deep breath and let it blow over. I'm sure that you want to have a successful business, and this is not helping you. Even better, if you feel able, admit that maybe mistakes were made...perhaps Angela has a point. In my line of work, the best customers are the one's who were unhappy who we made a big effort with to make happy again. When they say that they had a problem and we solved it, that's what brings us recommendations. Sometimes we don't agree with them, sometimes they are downright unfair - but they are the customer, we swallow hard and try to help. Occasionally we have to accept that we are never going to agree, so we agree not to agree, shake hands and walk away from each other. At least we have parted company on good terms, even if we know that we will never do business again. And before you ask, the company I work for is huge - multinational and a household name. And we do get into scrapes where we have to deal with unhappy customers.
