It's very quiet

ive been out to collect some food and it's very quiet out there. Surely everyone hasnt jetted off to sunny climes...or have they?

The market was busy today which surprised me as a lot of people are on their summer hols.

Ealing Broadway was very quiet this evening apart from the hoards of police on patrol,  depressing and sad seeing the shops and restaurants boarded up.

The sadest thing about all this is I was speaking with a couple of elderly people I know and they are scared, too scared to stay out to long, all they are doing is getting thier bits of shopping and rushing home this is so wrong some live alone and have nothing else to look forward to accept thier little chats. I wish all this madness would stop and for life to get back to normal.

So sad...Their independence is crippled by the current madness but their trust is often lost for much longer and well after normal for the rest of us return!
