Police attend dog locked in car.
At 03:30 4 police officers attended a dog locked in a car on Grafton Rd clearly in a distressed state, with no water or food. Although there was some ventilation it was not enough. The registered keeper of the car lives in Hertfordshire.The police will make checks throughout the night, to check on the animals welfareThis was done on the 101 call. Thank you XB Officers.Just hope the DVLA don't remove the Audi, as the tax has expired. May get parking ticket for no CPZ permit! (hope so.)
