Festival of the Thames this weekend

I would recommend the Fesival of the Thames this weekend. It's on Sat and Sun and runs from Westminster Bridge all the way to Tower Bridge. I have been going for the last four years and it's great fun. Loads of entertainment for the kids as well.

I was looking for ideas for this weekend so thanks for the tip. Are there lots of boats, ships etc?

I think this is when they have flocks of sheep on southwark bridge. great fun

MuniraIf you google Festival of the Thames 2011 you can download a programme of events. There is a procession of boats and also fireworks on the Sunday evening.
