Books for boys?

My daughter is teaching English in a comprehensive secondary school in Wembley. She likes to have a library of books for the children to look at - and borrow - in her classroom.She's taken in all the books she liked between the ages of 11 - 16 but the boys are a bit critical and say her choice is far too girly.So if you have any Michael Morpurgo, Anthony Horowitz, Phillip Pullman and especailly "The Hunger Games" trilogy that your kids don't want anymore, they would be much appreciated.  Thanks

Have you tried the charity shops in Acton and Ealing. I know they will cost a few pence but all to good causes

It's not the money but the trawling time - I think and hope that the good people of this and Chiswick forum and Streetbank and the Churchfield Community Association will come up with the goods - so far about five offers so it should be fine.
