I wonder if LBE can deal with this smoothly.......

Without any problems ?Today I called LBE business rates department informing them that we shall be vacating our premises at the end of the month, giving them details of the new owners etc etc and could they please send an amended bill for us to pay before the end of October.Of course. after giving out all the info, we were told that this has to be done in writing.Fair enough. So I have done done the following:1: Emailed the revenue department.2: Faxed a letter to them3: Sent a hard copy of the letter..Waddya all think ??

Yes, credit where it's due.......16 days to respond/reply. Mind you, we did make several phone calls, a fax, an email and a hard copy letter sent to them.Be a bit hard not to get it wrong after all that.
