SarahI live in the core zone.The council have said that the foundation work has been done, like naming the roads, before changing their minds. All they have to do is paint the lines, put in the posts and stick up the signs. How long will that take, two weeks?We know it took two years to implement our zone but, remember, we were told that it was all or nothing. Nobody expected a half done botch job with all the aggravation that it caused for the west side.Lets try this: two weeks to paint the lines, put posts and signs. four weeks to get permits, and two weeks warning period, equals eight weeks. The council said before the end of the year (if yes)we'll see, or I think more council bashing will be on the menu.
